How to Get More Hearts in House Flip With Chip and Jo – Flip Houses Faster

How to Get More Hearts in House Flip With Chip and Jo

One of the newest hit games on the Apple App store is the game House Flip with Chip and Jo. This great game allows players to step into the daily lives of Chip and Jo from the HGTV series Fixer Upper. House Flip walks you step by step through the process of purchasing, flipping, staging and selling a home in Waco Texas.

Sounds awesome right?

This game is extremely addictive. You can purchase different styles of homes around an animated version of Waco Texas. Throughout the flip, you can view the home in designer view. You can also customize every aspect of the home. You can purchase new furniture, paint rooms, and even choose new furniture. All of this comes at a price. For every project you take on it will cost you a certain amount of “elbow grease” and money. Elbow grease is like the energy to complete the task and the money is just like money would be in a real house flip. Every renovation or change you make to your house takes time. At first the time to complete a task is between one and three minutes, but as you venture further into the game and renovate bigger houses, you will find yourself waiting thirty minutes or more.

How to Finish Projects Instantly in House Flip with Chip and Jo

As you get further into the game and reach higher level renovations, the time for the contractors to complete the task will go up. You will find yourself waiting ten sometimes thirty minutes for contractors to complete a component of the renovation. If you are like me you would rather not wait thirty minutes for a project to finish. Luckily there is a way around this. You can finish jobs instantly by using hearts. When you start the game you will have one hundred hearts that can be used to complete projects instantly. To complete a project instantly it can cost you anywhere from one to five hearts depending on how long the project has left to complete. Here is an example:

As you can see this project will require three hearts to finish faster. You will find that if you use hearts to finish projects faster you will be able to flip more houses faster and make more money. However, you will also run out of hearts faster.

This game is fun for the first twenty minutes then you run out of hearts and are forced to literally buy more hearts. This is a joke. All Chip and Joanna are looking for with this game is money. Stupid unless you wanna spend 5 dollars for every house you “flip”.

I’ve never had to pay any money lol. I’ve been playing it for a week and sold 50 houses. Maybe don’t spend all your hearts when you don’t need to and do some tasks? I currently have 1000 hearts and 6 contractors

How do you get more capital?

I agree with above question? How do we get more capital? I have one “mission” that pays out a whopping 250.00 capital which is nothing. I can’t play anymore because I can’t stage my house
