Why is season 6 part 2 of teen wolf not going on Netflix?

Same here I live in England and it says it can vary depending on your country. Also I’ve been told it expires before January 1st 2018 so I wanted to Finnish it tonight but there’s only ten episode. Having the same difficulty as you.
