- The first step to blocking someone on Vero is to visit their profile.
- You will see three dots in the lower right hand corner, tap these dots.
- After you tap the dots you will see these options:
Tap the option that reads “block user”. Once you tap “block user” the person will no longer be able to interact with you on Vero.
It is extremely easy to block someone on Vero; but again, be sure you are not blocking someone for the wrong reasons.
How to Tell if You Are Blocked on Vero
Being blocked by someone on Vero is one of the most annoying experiences a user can deal with. Sometimes users don’t even know that they have been blocked.
Here is how you know if you are blocked by someone on Vero…
When you look at a profile on Vero you should see the person’s profile picture followed by their bio, then the posts that they have shared. If you suspect you have been blocked by someone on Vero, go to their profile. If you can see their profile picture and bio but no posts are displayed, that means you have been blocked. It could be the case that the profile is not loading, but if you do not see posts but the profile picture is loading, it is likely that you have been blocked.

This is absolutely stupid… Why doesn’t vero allow a full block so that certain users can’t find someones profile anymore? Some friends who I don’t want as followers, my grandparents asking “why can’t I follow you?” It’s best that they don’t know you blocked them.
Please make it possible that certain people can’t find my profile at all.
