Uber has been around for quite a while now and has raked in millions of dollars in profits. Uber is a mobile app that allows users to call for rides, similar to a taxi service. The difference is that drivers are everyday people driving their own car. The amount you pay for the ride is dependent on the demand for uber rides at the given time and the distance you want to travel. Everyone probably has the idea of Uber figured out already. Many people have already created and used an Uber account for themselves. There is now a new way you can use your Uber account. This new addition allows those with an Uber account to have food picked up for them and brought to them. The new feature is called Uber Eats.
What Is Uber Eats Food Delivery Service?
Uber Eats is not a new concept. There have been a number of smaller companies who have come up with and executed the idea of a business that picks up food and delivers it to your home. Uber has just streamlined the process for those with an Uber account. Uber Eats allows you to order food from certain restaurants in your area, then have another person, who is acting like an uber driver for your food, drive your food to your home. This is great for those late nights after work when you are trying to muster the energy to get your butt off the couch and go get dinner. Now you can literally hire an Uber to get your food using Uber Eats. You can use Uber Eats on any mobile device and even from your desktop computer or Laptop. If you have an internet connection, you could have a hot meal from a local restaurant in ten minutes.
What Cities Have Uber Eats Food Delivery?
There has to be a catch right? Right. Uber Eats is a relatively new system and is only available in certain locations. For now, only major cities are enjoying the spoils of Uber Eats. Below you will find the most up to date list of the cities around the world that have the ability to have their food delivered to them through Uber Eats.
Atlanta, Amsterdam, Austin, Brussels, Chicago, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Columbus, Dallas, Denver, Dubai, Hong Kong, Houston, Johannesburg, Las Vegas, London, Los Angeles, Miami, Mexico City, Milan, Minneapolis, Nashville, New Haven, New Orleans, New York, Orange Country, Orlando, Paris, Philadelphia, Phoenix, San Diego, San Francisco, Bay Area, Seattle, Singapore, Stockholm, Tampa, Tokyo, Washington D.C., and a few other cities in Canada and Australia.
After reading through this list you may find yourself asking the question: “Where is my city?” To answer this question we must look at Uber Eats from a business point of view. Uber is just now getting their feet wet in the industry of food delivery. This means that Uber is not going to dive head first into uncharted waters. They will first try out the beta and the system and make final tweaks with the service available in the larger population bases around the world. If Uber was to release Uber Eats everywhere in the world there would be a greater chance for the service to flop. But be optimistic; your city could be getting Uber Eats in the very near future. Check below to find out when your city may be getting Uber Eats.
When Will Uber Eats Food Delivery Be in My City?
The roll out of Uber Eats will be very similar to the roll out of the original Uber service. Uber ran an extremely successful campaign with their flagship transportation service. Now they will try to recreate the same success with their new endeavor. If Uber Eats is currently not in your area you can be assured that it will be in the near future. Larger population centers will have access to Uber Eats before the smaller towns and suburbs. This is because Uber must be sure that there are enough users willing to drive the meals to their destinations. If they just roll out the service, they will not have the same ten minute delivery guarantee that they can provide in a larger population center. Once Uber Eats grows in popularity, it will eventually spread to almost every major town and city across the world. Until this day comes, patients will be very important. Comment below which cities you think should have Uber Eats next!

Uber should definitely go to St. Cloud, FL. It is small, but there are tons of chains that are already signed with Uber, and small restaurants that would be willing to use it. The town is pretty widespread so many people would use Uber rather than getting up to get their own food.
