Just when we thought that Snapchat could not add anything new to their mobile social application, they drop Snappables on us. Snappables are interactive AR games that you play with your face. Sounds strange I know; but trust me, these games are addictive and hilarious. My personal favorite is the one with the chef biting the cucumber and filling the bowl.
Biting Cucumber with Chef Hat Snapchat Snappable Game
Im sure you have run across the new Snappable games on Snapchat, but if you haven’t I will introduce you.
Snappables are a new type of filter from Snapchat that allows you to challenge yourselves and friends to beat your personal best. Not only are Snappables challenging, they also make you and your friends look ridiculous. To play a Snappable game, you will simply need to initialize the filter list by tapping on your face, then swiping to the left to choose which Snappable you want to play. In my case I always head straight to the one where the chef bites the cucumbers and lets them fall into a bowl.
Im not entirely sure the exact name for the chef biting the cucumber Snappable game but I like to call it the cucumber game. Feel free to inform me of the actual name by commenting at the bottom of the post. Anyway, the Cucumber game is my favorite Snappable game because you can rack up points if you play correctly and I think my face looks funny when I play. This Snappable game also adds a funny chef hat and mustache to your face.
How to Play the Cucumber Biting Snappable Game on Snapchat
The Cucumber Biting game on Snapchat is extremely easy to play but hard to master. To start the game you will simply open your snapchat app and activate the filters by tapping on your face. Once activated, all of the Snappable games will be located to the left hand side. Look for the cucumber biting icon which is pictured.
Once you are on the Snappable screen, you will be able to practice playing before you record your game and send it off to be laughed at by a friend. You will notice that the capture button is replaced by a start button. Tapping on the start button will start the game. Snapchat will automatically record the game while you play so that you can send it to a friend.
Once the game starts, you will need to bite as fast as you can. For higher scores, be sure to open your mouth as wide as possible each time. If you only open your mouth half way some bites may not be recorded. Be sure to open wide! Once the time limit is up you will be presented with a preview of your Snappable message before you send it. Once satisfied that your video makes you look silly, you can send it to your friends. Its that easy.
